Rates and Policies
2012 Rates:
Unit 1
- $ 150.00/night + taxes - 2 persons
- $ 140.00/night + taxes - 1 person
*Units 2 & 3
- $ 150.00/night + taxes - 2 persons
- $ 140.00/night + taxes - 1 person
*Unit 4
* Unit rate includes 2 adults + 1 dependant child under 12.
- $ 175.00/night + taxes - 2 persons
- $ 165.00/night + taxes - 1 person
Additional adults will be charged $ 40.00/person/night + taxes. Additional children will be charged $25.00/person/night + taxes. This must be booked when reserving the Unit.
Booking Policies:
- For weekend bookings from June 15 to September 30, a minimum two night stay is required. At all other times, one night bookings are acceptable.
- A non-refundable deposit of $35.00 per unit booked, is required at the time of booking
- 14 days notice of cancellation is required. Less than 14 days notice – full price will be charged, UNLESS the unit is re-booked. All effort will be made to rebook the unit(s).
Check in - Check Out
Our earliest check in time is 1:00 pm. We request that you arrive close to your stated time of arrival, to give us the freedom to run errands but to be sure to be back for your arrival.
We ask that you check out of your unit by 10:30 am. This is to assure that we have ample time to prepare for new guests and have a clean unit ready for them.
