This large, 600 sq. ft. 3rd floor loft unit has a spacious (15 ft. X 24 ft.) private deck on the 3rd floor level, sitting room, kitchenette, and a bedroom featuring a Queen bed and a 4-piece ensuite bath with whirlpool. The roomy kitchenette has all the amenities offered in each of our units. The large separate sitting room has a double pull-out couch, TV, DVD player, and high-speed wireless internet. There are two air conditioners, one in each of the areas, as well as two ceiling fans, for your comfort.

This unit has a private entrance off the third floor deck. The stairs from the deck lead on to the front veranda. Guests also receive a key for the back door, just off the driveway, leading to back stairway, and to their unit. There is also access to the interior of the home.

2 persons - $175.00/night+ taxes

Unit rate includes 2 adults + 1 dependant child under 12.
Additional adults will be charged $ 40.00/person/night + taxes; additional children will be charged $ 25.00/person/night + taxes. This must be booked when reserving the Unit.
